During this two-hour canal cruise with lunch, you’ll be welcomed with luxury nuts, followed by a starter from Occo at The Dylan Hotel. Choose from a Caesar salad with roasted prawns, a creamy celeriac soup with pheasant, or a plant-based beetroot carpaccio with mushrooms and pickled blackberries.

The main course is prepared by the Amstel Hotel Restaurant. Choose from grilled tempeh with kimchi hummus and jalapeño cream, slow-cooked hake with braised cabbage in shellfish jus and wasabi cream dashi sauce, or farm chicken with arugula and a tomato and herb vierge sauce. The lunch concludes with coffee and luxury butter cookies.
